Credit Card Information: Fish Lips uses the PayPal payment system for your purchases. We do not collect any information regarding your financial transaction except for that provided to us by PayPal so we may confirm that your purchase has been paid in full and to provide order fulfillment. This information is stored off-site in a secure location in the event a problem occurs during shipment of the purchased product. We never share or sell any information to third parties, or use it for marketing purposes.

Shipping and Handling: Fish Lips charges $1.50 per line item. If you order a set of four placemats, for example, the shipping charge will be $1.50. If each placemat has a different design, the shipping charge will be $6.00.

Email Addresses are kept only in order to respond to an inquiry made via the Fish Lips Contact Us and Review web page. We do not sell or disclose this information to any third parties, nor do we use this information for marketing purposes.

Fish Lips values your order and will make the utmost effort to ensure you get what you expect, when you expect it.

Our printing partners will create your custom order from our original artwork within 2 - 5 business days. Shipping takes another 10 - 15 business days due to COVID -19. Please place any holiday orders prior to November 15th to avoid unforeseeable shipping delays and charges.

Refund policy
  • Item Problem - If something is wrong with the ordered item (for example, print quality, damage, wrong item, wrong image) please send a photo of the whole item and any problem area. We will refund or reorder - your choice.
  • Missing Item - If an item is missing from your order, please let us know. Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages, but if that’s not the case with your order, we will reorder your missing item.
  • Returns - New/Unused items may be returned within 15 days of their receipt for refund or exchange. Items in used condition are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Sizing Issue - Only exchanges are permitted. Please contact us for details.
  • Shipping Damage - We cannot be responsible for damages that occur during shipping (for example, a crushed or wet box). Please photograph the box and file a claim with the shipping company if you were unable to call the problem to the delivery person’s attention immediately upon its receipt.
